Hydraulic Testing.

The pictures below demonstrate the strength and durability of our New Zealand manufactured heat exchangers.

The test used hydraulic oil and then held for 30 seconds to see if the pressure dropped.

The first two photos show our tube-in-tube heat exchangers INNER tube. The hydraulic pressure  reached over 2000psi (14,000 kPa) and still without any leaks! 

 

The next pictures show the OUTER tube being pressurised to 2800 psi (20,000 kPa), also without any drop

in pressure!
